Maryland’s 1st acai food truck started rolling in 2018 in Pasadena, MD thanks to our two close friends with a passion for wholesome, feel-good food. One of them had been diagnosed with celiac disease and found it hard to enjoy meals out, so they created their own solution: a 100% gluten-free acai truck focused on real, nourishing ingredients.

For two years, they brought fresh, handcrafted blends to their community before opening a brick-and-mortar cafe. In 2025, we proudly took the wheel and brought the truck to Frederick to continue their mission: serving vibrant acai bowls made from pure fruit, with no preservatives or added sugar.

At the heart of our brand is a belief in simple, honest ingredients and food that makes you feel good. Every bowl is handmade with love, always gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan so everyone can enjoy a taste of something real.
